We are expanding and our PVC NEXT Polymers division in Prescott is currently looking for candidates for the position of extrusion operator.

I imagine you are wondering what it is to be an extrusion operator at NEXT Polymers?

Mostly you will have to :

• Operate extrusion lines to meet productivity and quality requirements
• Conduct hourly quality checks of your pipes produced
• Fill out all the requested production documentations
• Report to your supervisor for all nonconformities in process and product
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Follow health and safety policies

Do you have the right profile?

• Work experience in manufacturing environment (asset)
• Must be able to lift, push, pull and / or move up to 40 pounds
• Resourceful and independent
• Mathematical (grade 12) and mechanical skills (asset)
• Self-organized, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to make a forklift license (having one is an asset)
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to read, understand and follow procedural and operation manuals and instructions
