We are expanding and our PVC NEXT Polymers division in Prescott is currently looking for candidates for the position of extrusion operator. I imagine you are wondering what it is to be an extrusion operator at NEXT Polymers?

Mostly you will have to :

Operate extrusion lines to meet productivity and quality requirements

Conduct hourly quality checks of your pipes produced

Fill out all the requested production documentations

Report to your supervisor for all nonconformities in process and product

Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Follow health and safety policies

Do you have the right profile?

Work experience in manufacturing environment (asset)

Must be able to lift, push, pull and / or move up to 40 pounds

Resourceful and independent

Mathematical (grade 12) and mechanical skills (asset)

Self-organized, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Ability to make a forklift license (having one is an asset)

Ability to work in a team environment

Ability to read, understand and follow procedural and operation manuals and instructions
