Water & Sewer Piper Layer Helper
Thompson Construction Group has an opening a Water & Sewer Pipe Layer Helper in their Edmonton area of operations.
Responsibilities :
- Assist pipe layer in general duties associated with laying pipe : cleaning and soaping pipe, ensuring alignment, barring in larger diameter pipes, etc
- Monitor connections as they are pushed together paying special attention to rubbers and joints, ensuring adequate connection
- Monitor and assist in the backfill process
Qualifications :
- 1 year minimum experience in the Water and Sewer Industry
- Clean Class 5 Valid Driver’s License
- Minimum 18 years of age
