Position Summary

We have an exciting opportunity to make a difference as a Senior Project Coordinator for Safety Studies. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating various projects, ensuring timely and effective communication, developing new operational processes, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Accountabilities

• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met and milestones are achieved.
• Schedule and assign tasks internally, monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
• Oversee testing and implementation of new software technologies;
• Apply principles of road safety best practices in data QA / QC practices;
• Coordinate with product and development teams to help them better understand customer requirements.
• Implement new operational processes and adapt existing ones to better fulfill our mission in an ever-changing environment.

Skills / Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in business, project management, or a related field.
• Experience working in an agile startup environment is an asset;
• Proven track record of solving ambiguous problems with an unclear path forward;
• Self-starter, results oriented, exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities;
• Excellent time management, analytical, and problem solving skills;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Humble attitude and willing to learn;
• Willingness to work overtime
