Lions Gate Hospital New Paul Myers Tower Project (2022 2025)
- This Project Coordinator role will provide support for some of the following Lions Gate Hospital New Paul Myers Tower information technology application projects : Omnicell Anesthesia Workstation
- Vocera Communication System
- Capacity Management Suite
- Patient Bedside Entertainment System
- Nurse Call System & Vocera Integration
- Masimo Patient SafetyNet Vital Signs Monitoring
- Patient Status Display Panel (RoomLink)
- T-DOC Surgical Instrument Tracking System
- Patient Tracking and Walkout Alarm System
- GE Centralized Monitoring & Cerner Gateway Integration
Services Required :
Project Coordinator duties include the following :
- Budget Management : invoicing of multiple streams of work, processing Purchase Orders, reconciliation of timesheets against the budget, updates to the budget forecast and actuals monthly, preparation of steering committee budget analysis.
- Coordinate Meetings : scheduling weekly project meetings with multiple participants and rooms, taking minutes, identifying and following up on action items, preparing agendas and materials in advance of the meetings.
- Document Management and Status Reporting : updates to PQTO monthly status reports, updates to standard template monthly steering committee meeting PowerPoint slides.
Manage project documentation on the project team SharePoint site.
- Documentation and Presentations : assist with documentation and establish presentations to support the projects (including PQTO requirements), project reporting.
- Go-live Support : management of the go-live activities list and go-live issues log and updates to daily go-live issue statistics.
Create and manage the go-live support schedule. Provide on-site support in the Go-live Command Centre to answer the go-live support phone line.
Specific Qualifications or Experience Required :
- Project Coordinator and / or Business Analyst experience with application information technology projects (2-3 years).
- Experience supporting project managers implementing first or second installations in Canada of new innovative technology.
- Ability to manage multiple interactions with multiple groups while working on multiple issues at the same time.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products required with proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and MS Project.
- Post Secondary Education.
- Health Care experience an asset.
