Job descriptionDevelop leads, identify customer needs, and offer appropriate products and services. Meet sales targets Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
