Whatis in it foryou :
Hourly salary : $25 depending onexperience.
Contract duration : 2weeks.
Start date : June17.
Training : 1 to 2 days priorto start date.
Fulltime andonsite schedule : 8 : 30 am to 5 : 00pm.
Lunch break : 1hour.
Dress code : Casual.
Responsibilities :
Manage incoming calls by directing them to the appropriaterecipients.
Ensure a warm andprofessional welcome for clients andvisitors.
Coordinate mealordering as needed.
Ensureaccurate message transmission.
Perform other administrative tasks asrequired.
Whatyou will need tosucceed :
Previous experience in a similarrole.
Familiarity with theComutel phone system.
Administrative versatility.
Organization and time managementskills.
Discretion andprofessionalism.
Exceptionalhospitality skills.
Excellentcommunication skills.
Bilingualin English and French (spoken andwritten).
