Randstad is looking for Bilingual Customer Service Agents to work from home and assist end users as well as companies for an organization located in Montreal.

Salary : $ 20 per hour + a quarterly incentive program where you could earn up to 10% of your gross earnings

Hours : Monday to Friday between 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.

full time - 40H per week)

some Saturdays (26 hours per trimester, divided by 3 hours shifts)

Location : work from home

Training : 8 weeks from 9AM to 6PM, M-F

Start of employment : ASAP !

Opportunity for permanent employment! This is not a part-time position and requires dedicated individuals who are committed to growing in their field.

Occasional in-office meetings once every one to two months for team collaboration (candidates must be based in Montreal)

Responsibilities

The tasks you will perform as a Customer Service Agent - Technical Support will be :

  • Perform remote troubleshooting for both end consumers and companies regarding various plumbing products;
  • Handle incoming calls and emails;
  • Ensure high quality customer service and find solutions for customers;
  • Solve customer problems by asking targeted questions.

Qualifications

To provide exceptional service, here is what you will need as a Customer Service Agent - Technical Support

  • Bilingual in English and in French (written and spoken);
  • If you speak and write Spanish too, that's a +++;
  • Comfortable with computers;
  • Customer service experience in a call center environment;
  • Being able to work well under pressure;
  • Dynamism and initiative.

Summary

Salary : $20 per hour + a quarterly incentive program allowing you to earn up to 10% of your gross income.

Hours : You must be available to work Monday to Friday between 11am and 8pm (full time - 40H per week)

Location : work from home

Training : 8 weeks from 9AM to 6PM Monday to Friday.

Start of employment : ASAP
