The Associate Advisor role is perfect for someone who is passionate about the financial planning process and excited at the thought of building relationships.
They will have current experience within an existing financial planning environment. This person will be comfortable saying hi in any environment and feel at home in networking situations.
This individual will demonstrate strong utilization of our industry-leading technology to ensure every client has a top-notch financial plan.
Additionally, this person will have the opportunity to grow as a member of our team and take on greater responsibilities over time including leading others and managing top client relationships.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :
- Build, maintain and deliver comprehensive financial plans for our clients
- Identifying opportunities to serve existing clients, and approach new clients
- Design and implement business development strategies to grow the client base
- Gathering information from clients to prepare plans / proposals
- Building relationships with clients both independently and alongside the sr. advisor
To qualify for this opportunity, you should possess :
- Securities licensed
- LLQP certification (or willing to obtain)
- CFP designation (or willing to obtain)
- Minimum 5 years of financial planning experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Interact professionally yet comfortably with clients by phone, email and in person

- Self-confident but highly coachable with a high level of integrity
- Demonstrated track record of helping clients achieve positive outcomes, and attracting referrals, introductions, and new business
