Job Description : As a Medical Office Assistant and Unit Clerk Instructor, you will play a vital role in training and preparing students for successful careers in healthcare administration. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, developing engaging lesson plans, and assessing student performance. This position requires in-depth knowledge and expertise in medical office administration, unit clerk responsibilities, and the latest practices and standards within the Canadian healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Facilitate curriculum delivery, focusing on medical office practices, administrative duties, and healthcare technologies.
- Develop and adapt instructional materials to meet program learning objectives.
- Inspire and mentor students to ensure academic success and readiness for the workplace.
- Stay current on advancements in healthcare practices, software, and administrative systems to keep program content relevant.
- Assess student performance through assignments, exams, and practical evaluations.
