Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Call Center Supervisor to support and lead four remote moving teams. This role is ideal for an outgoing, responsible professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and brings fresh perspective to team leadership. The successful candidate will play a key role in daily operations, team coordination, and maintaining high standards of performance and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and oversee the operations of four remote moving teams
- Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to team members
- Take initiative in managing tasks independently and addressing challenges proactively
- Follow established procedures and instructions with precision and consistency
- Communicate effectively with staff, customers, and management
- Ensure punctuality, accountability, and attention to detail across all teams
- Adapt quickly to new tasks, processes, and priorities
- Foster a positive, professional, and collaborative team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and other Microsoft applications; technologically savvy and comfortable learning new systems.
