Job Description
Oversees end to end delivery of cross functional programs and projects. Maintains Freedom enterprise project roadmap. Bridges gaps between IT / Technology and business leadership.
Leader of the project management team. Leads the Project Prioritization Process
- Maintains project / program roadmap
- Project manages high visibility cross functional projects
- Negotiates between senior business and IT leadership
- Direct, Mentor & supports team members to achieve world class performance
Qualifications
- 5 - 10 years expertise in project management.
- Excels at managing relationships with cross functional stakeholders; effortlessly engages with senior leadership, colleages and team members
- Builds and manages a high performing team
- Expertise in managing outsourced vendors
