Curriculum will havea specific focus onresiliencewell-beingand qualityof Summer Jobs (CSJ) Eligibility : You are between 15 and 30 years of age at the start of the employment. You are a Canadian citizen permanent resident or person to whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act for the duration of the employment

As the objective of the Canada Summer Jobs program is to support youth entering the Canadian labour market the temporary nature of an international students time in Canada does not allow for a long-term connection to the labour Youll Do : Createweekly staffingschedules with support of SupervisorCreate daily activity schedules specific to the needs of the group (age and ability) that fosters cooperation and integration of all campersDeliver with supportof camp counsellorsactivities for children campers Responsible for safety ofparticipants (which focuses on children withrequire 1 : 1 support)and supporting staff in the implementation of safe and inclusive communicationCommunicatewith parents to assess individual needs of campers withrequire 1 : 1 supportto ensure safetyMeet and speak with camper parents to relay any specific successes or concernsCultivate a person-centred environment through exceptional customer serviceFoster a work environment that values and encourages teamwork and empowermentEstablish rapport and maintain effective relationships with members staff volunteers and community partners Inspire confidence and self-esteem in participants through respect acceptance with a focus on strengths and achievementsWhat Youll Bring : Education and Experience.
