The Role As a key member of our team the Facilities Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of tasks assigned to the facilities team and performing advanced and general property maintenance for Naturally Pacific Resort.

Your contributions to the team include : Assess requirements and provide routine services to clients; perform routine building inspections and document repair requirements.

Routine maintenance and servicing of pools, hot tubs, and the boiler room, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units.

Follow up on work completed by external contractors and report and issues to supervisor. Additional tasks and duties as assigned.

A few things we are looking for in a new team member : 3-5 years’ experience in a leadership role. A thorough understanding of plumbing, heating, water chemistry, swimming pool operations, and DDC controls.

Strong time management skills with ability to work independently. Effective communication skills. One or more related trade certificates.
