As an On-Call Warehouse Pick and Pack Operator at Fable, you will join our team during high-demand periods to support our fulfillment operations. Your flexibility, attention to detail, and commitment to operational excellence will ensure our customers receive their orders promptly and accurately. Key Responsibilities :

• Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and care
• Assist with inventory movement and general warehouse organization
• Follow 5S principles to ensure a clean and efficient workspace
• Identify and support improvements in fulfillment and warehouse operations
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and walkies (certification is a plus)
• Work flexible shifts based on business needs, including evenings or weekends
