Join our team as a Maximo Technical Lead to play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between IT and business operations. You'll be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation and operations of Maximo initiatives at ATCO, working closely with internal teams and external partners.

What You Get to Do :

  • Oversee and facilitate third-party vendors, service implementers, and service providers to ensure alignment with industry best practices
  • Ensure service providers / implementers adhere to proper ITIL management policies and procedures
  • Maintain an understanding of the overall Maximo landscape and translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Influence and execute the Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC) strategy
  • Define project technical requirements, build business cases, and participate in the selection of service implementers / providers
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure code quality meets minimum requirements
  • Lead and guide interrelated application implementation and operational activities
  • Define and enforce coding, error, and application monitoring standards
  • Escalate project risks and vendor concerns to IT and Business leadership
  • Communicate effectively across all areas of the organization
  • Monitor project progress and provide technical release consultation
  • Research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies, processes, and tools to enhance development capabilities.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of years of technical experience in Maximo Asset Management software
  • Proven ability to lead technical teams
  • Strong understanding of overall IT architecture
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical terms to non-IT stakeholders
  • Functional Maximo Asset Management experience is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
