Temporary Office Administrator - Twickenham - 3 month assignment
Your new company & role
A not-for-profit organisation who is well-known in their field is seeking an experienced Administrator to join the team. In this role you 'll support the Office Manager, Finance Director and HR team, providing administration support where needed.
This is initially a 2-month temporary assignment, with the potential to be extended for the right candidate. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.
30pm, with a 1-hour lunch break. You will work in the office Monday to Thursday, with Fridays as a work from home day.
Key duties include :
- Managing the day-to-day office administration
- Maintenance for the office obtaining quotes
- Ordering stationery
- Updating the holiday calendar
- Scanning invoices and other documents
- Approving expenses
- Updating Excel sheets and creating reports
- Managing email inbox
What you 'll need to succeed
You 'll have previous office administration experience and have a solid working knowledge of MS Office. Key experience will include : scanning, filing, photocopying, uploading documents, managing an email inbox, dealing with queries and arranging meetings on Outlook.
You will have strong written and verbal communication skills. You will be a self-starter and able to work independently.
Based close to Twickenham, you will live locally in South West / West London and be immediately available to start.
What you 'll get in return
You 'll receive an hourly rate of £12-14 / hr dependent on experience. Training on company systems and processes will be provided.
