Our client is a Global growing organization seeking an enthusiastic Front Office Administrator for their corporate office in Mississauga.

As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, the Front Office Administrator plays a crucial role in creating a positive and professional atmosphere.
This position requires excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

The company is hiring on a Temporary (to start) to Permanent basis. Full-time hours Monday to Friday from 9am-5pm.
Responsibilities :
- Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly demeanor.
- Manage front desk operations to ensure a neat and organized reception area.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Effectively communicate with clients and guests to address inquiries or provide information.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude in all interactions.
- Office management; oversee office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Collaborate with vendors for office maintenance.
- Record keeping; Maintain and update employee and visitor logs.
- Keep track of office equipment and report any issues.
- Coordinate internal and external event and functions.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a front office or administrative role is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- An energetic quick-learner with a positive attitude
- Team player with a willingness to pitch in whenever needed is crucial to success in the role
