Our client is a Global growing organization seeking an enthusiastic Front Office Administrator for their corporate office in Mississauga.

The company offers a positive and collaborative work setting along with tremendous potential for growth.

As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, the Front Office Administrator plays a crucial role in creating a positive and professional atmosphere.

This position requires excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

Recent (or upcoming) graduates are welcome to apply.

The company is hiring on a Temporary (to start) to Permanent basis. Full-time hours Monday to Friday from 9am-5pm.

Responsibilities :

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly demeanor.
  • Manage front desk operations to ensure a neat and organized reception area.
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Effectively communicate with clients and guests to address inquiries or provide information.
  • Maintain a positive and helpful attitude in all interactions.
  • Office management; oversee office supplies and place orders as needed.
  • Collaborate with vendors for office maintenance.
  • Record keeping; Maintain and update employee and visitor logs.
  • Keep track of office equipment and report any issues.
  • Coordinate internal and external event and functions.

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in a front office or administrative role is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • An energetic quick-learner with a positive attitude
  • Team player with a willingness to pitch in whenever needed is crucial to success in the role
