OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Your responsibilities
- The ability to plan, organize, lead, develop and control the company’s resources ensuring
- that these are optimized and utilized well in accordance with the Company’s objectives
- Maintain relationships to relevant partners and customers
- Assist the sales manager, project tracking and preparation of offers
- Create customer-specific product presentations
- Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities
- Coordinate office activities and operations
- Manage agendas / travel / appointments etc. to upper management
- Maintain contact lists
- Book travel arrangements
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide general support to visitors
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
Requirements
Strong communication skills to interact with clients and travel service providers.
Excellent organizational skills in handling travel arrangements.
Attention to detail to ensure that travel arrangements are accurate and compliant.
Knowledge of travel industry trends, news, and regulations to provide up-to-date information.
