3. Summary of the opportunity

Client Overview : The Coalition Studio is a Microsoft firstparty development studio located in Vancouver Canada. They are known for their work on the Gears of War franchise and aim to push the limits of Microsofts entertainment platforms and devices.

Role Summary : The Production Coordinator will support the Production Team in delivering highquality gaming experiences.

They will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team assisting in milestone planning organizing team activities and ensuring tasks are assigned correctly.

4. What are the key responsibilities

Responsibilities and Duties :

Support the Production team to meet schedule and deadline targets

Update daily reports to track progress and raise concerns if necessary

Assist in milestone and sprint planning

Help with capacity plan updates and team onboarding

Ensure work is captured organized and assigned accurately

Facilitate internal moves and space planning

Coordinate build reviews demos playtests and team events

5. What experience are we looking for to drive success

MUSTHave Skills and Qualifications :

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in using JIRA and Confluence

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to prioritize work and handle changing priorities

Preferred Skills and Qualifications :

Previous experience in video game production

Familiarity with Excel Powerpoint and other relevant software applications
