AI Engineer - Canada

Note : One of ourclients is building a new team and hiring 8 AI Engineers globally.This is a 100% remote role. This role does not offer any visasponsorship.

JobSummary :

As an AI Engineer you will be responsible for designing developingand implementing AI models and algorithms that solve complexbusiness problems.

You will work closely with data scientistssoftware engineers and product teams to integrate AI solutions intoour products.

Your role will involve researching the latest AItechnologies building scalable machine learning models andoptimizing algorithms for performance andaccuracy.

KeyResponsibilities :

• Design develop and deploy AI models andalgorithms that address business needs andchallenges.
• Collaborate with data scientists and softwareengineers to collect preprocess and analyze largedatasets.
• Implement machine learning and deep learningmodels using frameworks like TensorFlow PyTorch orKeras.
• Optimize and tune models for performanceaccuracy and scalability.
• Integrate AI solutions into productionsystems ensuring seamless operation andreliability.
• Research and stay uptodate with the latestadvancements in AI machine learning and datascience.
• Develop and maintain documentation for AImodels processes and bestpractices.
• Participate in code reviews and providefeedback to ensure highquality code and adherence to bestpractices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AImodels and systems in productionenvironments.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams toensure AI solutions align with business goals andobjectives.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor s degree in ComputerScience Engineering Mathematics or a relatedfield.
• 3years of experience in AI machine learning or a relatedfield.
• Proficiency in programming languages such asPython R or Java.
• Experience with machine learning frameworkslike TensorFlow PyTorch Keras orScikitlearn.
• Strong understanding of machine learningalgorithms neural networks natural language processing (NLP) andcomputer vision.
• Experience with data preprocessing featureengineering and model evaluationtechniques.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and toolsfor AI and machine learning (e.g. AWS Google CloudAzure).
• Strong problemsolving skills and ability towork with complex datasets.
• Excellent communication and collaborationskills with the ability to work effectively in a teamenvironment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects anddeliver results on time.

PreferredQualifications :

• Master s or PhD in Computer Science AIMachine Learning or a relatedfield.
• Experience with big data technologies such asHadoop Spark or Kafka.
• Knowledge of reinforcement learninggenerative models or advanced neuralarchitectures.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices for AI / MLincluding CI / CD pipelines andcontainerization.
• Relevant certifications in AI or machinelearning.

Qualifications : Bachelor s degree inComputer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. 3+years of experience in AI, machine learning, or a related field.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow,PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-learn.

Strong understanding of machinelearning algorithms, neural networks, natural language processing(NLP), and computer vision.

Experience with data preprocessing,feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques. Familiaritywith cloud platforms and tools for AI and machine learning (e.

g.,AWS, Google Cloud, Azure). Strong problem-solving skills andability to work with complex datasets. Excellent communication andcollaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in ateam environment.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverresults on time. Preferred Qualifications : Master s or PhD inComputer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
