Alternatively, at least 5 years of management experience in a manufacturing environment or a comparable mix of education and experience will be considered.- Technical Expertise : Strong knowledge of maintaining and repairing electrical and mechanical equipment.- Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with processes, code requirements, regulations, and materials associated with electrical systems.Language Requirements : English- Level of Proficiency Required : Advanced - Reason for Language Requirement : Collaborate with the teams in the US- Frequency of Use : Daily (for various tasks)Your role : - Supervise Maintenance Teams : Oversee janitorial, building maintenance, and machine maintenance personnel, including electricians and mechanics, ensuring work is assigned, completed efficiently, and adheres to quality and safety standards.- Schedule and Coordinate Tasks : Plan daily work schedules, estimate time and supplies for assignments, and coordinate maintenance tasks with production supervisors for repairs, installations, and moves.- Monitor Performance and Discipline : Evaluate employee performance, conduct appraisals, and enforce safety regulations and company policies, addressing violations or issues as needed.- Maintain Systems and Equipment : Manage maintenance software systems, troubleshoot equipment problems, and ensure all tools, equipment, and supplies are requisitioned and available.- Engage Vendors When Needed : Determine when external vendors are required for tasks outside internal capabilities and coordinate accordingly.- Champion Safety and Compliance : Lead safety programs, ensure staff training on health, safety, and environmental procedures, and enforce compliance with "Lock Out / Tag Out" and other safety protocols.- HSE and Regulatory Compliance : Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations, maintain equipment in safe working condition, and address hazardous situations promptly.- Drive Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities to enhance health, safety, and environmental performance, set objectives, measure progress, and implement improvements.Please send your resume in Word format to Guillermo Ovalle Zavala at [email protected] A PERM HIRE AND EARN UP TO $1,000!
