The Shipping, Receiving and Office Administrator performs work involving Shipping and Receiving, Sales Order Processing, Accounting functions, and Office Admin, for Dynamix Agitators.
This is a great opportunity to utilize your existing skills as an office administrator and grow within the company. You will be working closely with the Operations Manager and the Administration and Accounting Manager.

Work Activities :
- Coordinate and Communicate with Customers their shipping needs and obtain required data.
- Coordinate and Communicate with Carriers shipping requirements.
- Prepare Shipping Documents such as Bill of Lading, Packing Slip, Commercial Invoice, Shipping Labels, etc.
- Process all shipments and follow up with Customers and / or Carriers after shipping.
- Prepare Shipping Claims if needed.
- Sales Order Processing.
- Accounting functions such as Invoicing, Accounts Receivable and Collection, Trade reference check
- Office Administration.
- Help organize Corporate Events and Activities.
- Ad Hoc Projects and / or Analysis as requested.
- Provide internal and external Customer Service to ensure timely information in collaboration with other departments (Sales and Production) and customers.
- Consideration is given to those with shipping documents and shipping software experience.
- Consideration is given to candidates with previous experience with Customer Service activities.
- Support the Company’s mission, vision, values, and goals in the performance of daily activities.
Job Context :
- This position works from 7 : 00 a.m. to 4 : 00 p.m., Monday through Friday to total 40 hours.
- Weekend and overtime work is rarely necessary to complete tasks.
