As we continue to expand, we are seeking an IT Technologist to join our dynamic team.

About the Opportunity :

As an IT Technologist with a strong emphasis on cybersecurity, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our technology infrastructure while enabling our teams to leverage cutting-edge IT solutions.

You will manage internal hardware, provide technical support, implement secure cloud services, and build robust databases for machine learning applications.

You’ll be the go-to person for ensuring our technology is resilient, efficient, and secure.

What You’ll Do :

• Hardware & Network Management :
• Configure, monitor, and maintain PCs, servers, and network devices to ensure optimal system performance and availability.
• Technical Support :
• Provide hands-on IT support to employees, resolve software and hardware issues, and lead system upgrade initiatives.
• Cybersecurity :
• Implement and maintain industry-standard cybersecurity measures, perform regular vulnerability assessments, and monitor for emerging threats.
• Cloud Services Management :
• Manage AWS and Azure environments, ensuring secure and cost-effective use of cloud resources.
• Data Management & Machine Learning Support :
• Develop and maintain in-house databases for machine learning, ensuring data integrity and efficient access to large-scale image repositories.
• Automation & Tool Development :
• Utilize programming skills (C# and Python) to build automation tools, streamline workflows, and support cybersecurity initiatives.
• Collaboration & Compliance :
• Work cross-functionally to support business needs, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and align with strategic objectives.

Qualifications You Bring :

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience with network management and cybersecurity protocols.
• Proficiency in managing cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and scripting (C#, Python).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
