Job Description : Sr Program PCO

Location :  Hybrid Downtown Toronto, Ontario

Terms :   6 month contract, Strong possibility of extension

Hours :   hours / week Monday-Friday, 9 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm –

Summery :

This PCO position requires strong communication and customer service skills, excellent computer skills (particularly with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a busy environment. The role serves as a resource for basic company policies and procedures. Communicates with senior managers and line management to gather / convey relevant information. Performs diverse, advanced and confidential administrative support functions.

Required Skills :

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook  MS Project
• Must be self-motivated and possess excellent written, verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills when interacting with customers, associates and business partners
• Be able to work independently and effectively as a team player
• Must have the ability to work well under pressure
• Must possess excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task
• Ability to research issues using multiple bank systems
• Have excellent organizational and problem solving skills
• Effective prioritization of multiple tasks, balancing quality and productivity
• Availability to work a flexible schedule assignment

Apex pay scales are determined by role, experience, skill set, and location. For this new position, the estimated hourly range is provided below as a guideline; however, total compensation may vary based on individual circumstances.
