- Marketing & Guest Relations :

- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, ensuring an unforgettable experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative practices.
- Inventory & Compliance :
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stock control.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and reports for all operational aspects.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a senior restaurant leader or in a similar leadership role in a high-end dining or cocktail environment.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost management.
- Deep understanding of cocktail culture, beverage trends, and upscale service standards.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems.
