Join Whistler Blackcomb as a Senior Administrative Assistant of Patrol. This full‑time, winter seasonal role assists in all aspects of patrol and mountain safety administration.
Job Summary
The Senior Administrative Assistant provides leadership, strategic planning, and administrative support for patrol, mountain safety, and related employee functions. The role prioritizes guest experience, safety culture, and operational excellence.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver an “Experience of a Lifetime” to guests and employees, promoting guest service and safety culture.
- Lead the administrative function of Patrol and Mountain Safety.
- Provide administrative support for Patrol management staff, including managers, supervisors, team leads, and principal patrollers.
- Manage volunteer programs, physician program, mountain safety and patrol pass and dependent pass administration.
- Administer payroll, scheduling, and resource management.
- Strategic planning and administration of procurement, inventory control, and asset audits.
- Submit and monitor work orders and conduct quality control audits.
- Assist with employee communication and Human Relations functions.
- Function appropriately in the absence of the Emergency Dispatcher.
- Identify challenges and solve a multitude of issues with accuracy and haste.
- Work closely with other on‑mountain departments, managers, and third‑party agencies.
