Leadership & Team Management : Lead, inspire, and develop a diverse team of hospitality professionals.Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Oversee recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.

Operations & Service Excellence : Manage daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.Monitor and uphold high standards of service and presentation.

Address and resolve any guest concerns or issues promptly.

Financial Management : Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.Implement cost-control measures to optimize profitability.

Analyze sales and performance metrics to drive business growth.

Marketing & Guest Relations : Create and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract new guests.

Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, ensuring an unforgettable experience.Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative practices.

Inventory & Compliance : Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stock control.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.

Maintain accurate records and reports for all operational aspects.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a senior restaurant leader or in a similar leadership role in a high-end dining or cocktail environment.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost management.
  • Deep understanding of cocktail culture, beverage trends, and upscale service standards.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
