- Register and schedule students
- Answer phone inquiries and relay messages to teachers
- Receive lesson payments and assist with the collection of overdue accounts
- Assist the Lessons Coordinator in updating student records
- Assist the Lessons Coordinator with commission report reconciliation
- Assist with recitals
