Registered Pharmacy Technician

Job Description :

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Registered Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Rêve Pharma.

The successful candidate will be responsible for releasing compounded sterile and non-sterile medications according to NAPRA and GMP regulations.

Responsibilities

• Complete the final technical check of sterile / non-sterile compounded preparations
• Maintain understanding and practise of NAPRA sterile and non-sterile standards, OCP regulations, and USP 797
• A / QPIC responsibilities
• Maintain records and documentation
• Preform calculations as per batch records
• Weight verifications
• Preform vial reconciliation for all batches
• Ensure proper storage requirements of products are being met
• Preform initial check of batch records and materials before compounding
• Ensure batches are released in a timely manner
• Assist in training of staff as needed
• Assist pharmacist as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

• Registered Pharmacy Technician in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a compounding pharmacy environment
• Strong knowledge of compounding procedures, techniques, and regulations
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Shifts : We are looking to hire for afternoon / evening shift from 1pm to 9pm
