Who we need
Reporting to the Manager, Customer Service, we are adding two Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to our team. You will provide a swift response to customer inquiries, receiving calls to address them.
Your day will entail offering support to customers through delivering information and solutions to build loyalty and retain business.
These roles follow an 11am-7pm schedule and can be 100% remote with the expectation to go into the office once a month.

What you will do
Answer customer inquiries. You will respond to inbound telephone calls from customers regarding billing, provisions, benefits, and allowable changes to their contracts.
You will also respond to inbound sales calls while offering accurate information about policy transactions and other insurance products.
- Process customer requests. You will handle customer transactions and requests with a helpful attitude and confidence that keeps them on the line as you offer the right solutions to their queries.
- Stay updated on company policy. You will acquire and maintain the knowledge of company policies, their features and benefits, policy contracts, provisions, processing procedures, and government regulations so that you can provide the most accurate information to calling customers.
What you bring
The communication skills. You have professional fluency in English and French with exceptional written and verbal skills.
You have a welcoming demeanor and a charming temperament that translates well over the phone. Your cordial nature is reassuring to customers, putting them at ease as you address their concerns.
- The experience . You have 1-year of experience interacting with customers in a sales and service environment.
- The technical skills. You are capable of using a computer and can work on the Microsoft Office Suite. You are also open to learning to work with the preferred company software as necessary.
- The drive. You are self-motivated to deliver the highest quality experience in customer service. You have the initiative to meet personal and company goals through hard work, and you can encourage other members of your team to do the same.
