Role Description

• Develop detailed project plans, identifying resources, equipment, and budgets to meet milestones and cost targets.
• Oversee pre-electrical activities, including scope definition, scheduling, and risk identification.
• Lead project estimate preparation and collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors for accurate cost estimates.
• Participate in Sales / Estimating Handoff Meetings to align on project goals and deliverables.
• Facilitate meetings with Foremen to review the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and ensure clarity of responsibilities.
• Monitor project scope, schedule, and financial health, conducting regular reviews with the PMO and BU Managers.
• Prepare and negotiate contracts and subcontracts, ensuring alignment with financial and scheduling goals.
• Manage the procurement process, including material and equipment purchases, shop drawing approvals, and subcontracts.
• Handle scope changes, pricing, and communicate impacts to clients through approved Change Order Requests.
• Resolve customer satisfaction issues promptly, escalating when necessary.
• Assist in sales, estimating, and engineering activities by providing technical evaluations and costings for new work.
