NCSG Hauling & Rigging is seeking Apprentice Heavy Duty Mechanic to assist our maintenance team that supports our Bonnyville, AB region .

Your success will be defined by your ability to :
- Daily maintenance of property, equipment (i.e., Trucks and Trailers), and vehicles throughout the facility;
- Inspects and evaluates operating conditions of equipment and vehicles;
- Performs maintenance activities and modifies existing equipment and systems to keep the facility in good running order;
- Be able to read, understand, and follow hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical diagrams;
- Ensures that all maintenance is completed in accordance with established department policies and safety regulations;
- Attends training sessions to update technical knowledge as needed;
- Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned.
Qualifications :
- Valid and current apprenticeship must be in place;
- Locals preferred, if not local must be willing to relocate;
- Valid Driver’s License, must provide current five year commercial driver's abstract that meets our Acceptable Driver's Standard policy.
- Possess a minimum of 1 years' experience working with Heavy Trucks and Trailers;
- First Aid required.
- Successful completion of pre-employment A&D testing required.
Position Details :
- Regular shift is Monday to Friday with evening and weekend overtime as needed.
- Field service calls will be required.
- Must have own tools for start of work term and remove them at end of work term at own expense.
- Must be a member of or willing to become a member of CLAC.
