As a qualified Service Technician you are responsible for service and maintenance of laundry and parking equipment within the Greater Toronto region;
successfully sustaining service levels and quality excellence to our customers and clients.
Responsibilities : Respond to service calls as dispatchedRepair equipment to company standardRespond to emergency calls as requiredRotate weekend on call’ and after hour standby coverageEvaluate and advise of any upgrades required in laundry roomsManage calls in territory to meet customer committed response timesManage and maintain Coinamatic assets and expenses i.
e. : vehicle, phone / communication device, fax machine, parts, uniform etc Develop and maintain a good rapport with Laundry Attendants, Owners, Environmental Managers, and other client personnel.
Represent Coinamatic in a positive and professional manner
Qualifications & Requirements :
A G2 gas licenseSome post secondary education with a focus on appliances technician or electrical coursesValid Driver’s License and a good driving recordDemonstrate technical, electrical, and mechanical aptitude with excellent diagnostic abilityDemonstrate trouble shooting skills i.
e. : plumbing, ventilation, electrical etc.Solid driving knowledge of the GTATeam player who can work with all levels of the organization i.
e. sales, administrationExcellent communication skills, verbal and writtenAble to maintain excellent customer / client experience*Requires own basic tools.
