Tasks
- Work closely with the human resources team to formulate policies and procedures in compliance with Quebec laws.
- Design and implement human resources plans and programs in accordance with the company's objectives and strategies.
- Supervise the entire recruitment process in collaboration with the main manager.
- Guide and train new employees, thus ensuring their harmonious integration within the extended team.
- Manage benefits programs for team members.
- Conduct performance evaluations, set goals and identify development opportunities.
- Advise managers on issues related to employee relations and disciplinary measures.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys and social events.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety laws.
- Accomplish all other human resources-related tasks contributing to the success of the team.

Job requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
- Have at least 5 years of experience in HR as a generalist.
- Excellent bilingualism.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations for the province of Quebec and disability management in workplace
- Ability to work weekends or off hours when required
- Experience in a manufacturing, food or production environment.
