The Senior Solutions Executive understands the entire Ricoh portfolio of services and can articulate how they integrate to modernize client operations.
This sales professional must build on the existing Ricoh relationships and expand the suite of services deployed in the K-12 & Higher Education vertical.
The strategic direction, growth, and outcomes will be the ultimate responsibility of the Senior Solutions Executive.
Responsibilities
- New business prospecting and development, including scheduling and conducting introductions in both virtual and face-to-face client settings
- Build strong relationships with key executive stakeholders
- Identify clients’ business initiatives and articulate the Ricoh vision of how services can lead to desired business outcomes
- Use consultative selling techniques with a focus on client value and return on investment
- Research and understand K12 & Higher Education vertical alignment, initiatives, policy, and client personas
- Collaborate with peers, including supporting consultants and specialists to develop transformative solutions that fit in the client’s complex environment
- Deliver strategic business development plans that incorporate input from stakeholders, including management, consultants, operations, legal, support, etc.
- Manage complex contract negotiations and serve as a liaison to the legal group and executive management team
- Review complex Public Sector Request for Proposals (RFP) and lead the Ricoh bid response
- Use Salesforce to manage account activity, pipeline progression and forecasting
Requirements
Education :
Post-secondary education, preferably in business
Experience :
- Experience in B2B environment, IT or a consultative selling environment; preferably in public sector
- Established contacts and relationships with K-12, College and University sectors a plus
Other :
- Requires a valid driver's license and reliable transportation required (and auto insurance coverage per Ricoh's policy)
