A privately held company specializing in hotel management, ownership, and development of leading brand hotels is seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join their leadership team. The COO will be instrumental in driving operational excellence across the growing portfolio of hotels. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in hospitality management, brand development, and financial performance. The ideal candidate will be adept at navigating the complexities of hotel operations while fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.
Description
- Oversee daily operations to ensure alignment with company goals and strategic objectives, driving a culture of excellence across all levels of the organization.
- Develop and implement revenue management strategies that maximize profitability, achieve positive cash flow, and ensure sustainable financial health.
- Maintain high standards of property management and ensure strict compliance with brand standards, enhancing guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead expansion efforts into emerging and developed markets, including recent acquisitions in the USA, while identifying new opportunities for growth and strategic partnerships.
- Foster strong relationships with major franchisors and partners to enhance brand visibility, market share, and overall competitiveness in the industry.
- Develop and implement strategic plans aimed at operational improvements, guest experience enhancement, and innovative service delivery.
- Monitor financial performance metrics, property maintenance standards, and operational efficiency, making data-driven decisions to enhance profitability and operational excellence.
