- Develop and implement strategic plans aimed at operational improvements, guest experience enhancement, and innovative service delivery.
- Monitor financial performance metrics, property maintenance standards, and operational efficiency, making data-driven decisions to enhance profitability and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior operational role within the hospitality industry, with a strong understanding of multi-brand management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of hotel management principles, brand equity, and revenue generation strategies, supported by a history of successful outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse teams while managing complex operational structures effectively.
- Excellent financial acumen, with a solid background in strategic planning, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
