Evening Working Supervisoe
Supervisecoordinate and plan the work ofemployees
Conduct monthlyinspections of the facilities (including monitoring inventory andsupplies)
Ensure theproper maintenance of all cleaningequipment
Cleaning dutiesincluding but not limited to; mopping sweeping vacuuming dustingsanitizing bathroomsetc.
Completingorientation and training of all newstaff
Complete andsubmit timeoff requests disciplinary reports accident reports andother supervisordocumentation
Recommend orarrange for additional services required such as floor waxingcarpet cleaning or replacement of furnishings andequipment
Monitor andmaintain Domus standards ofcleanliness
Requirements
Supervisorexperience within the cleaning industry (commercial industrial oroffice)
Advanced readingwriting and communicationskills
Basic computerskills
PhysicalAbilities : standing kneeling walking up to 8 hrs aday
Capable oflifting up to40lbs
Capable ofcompleting repetitivetasks
