As a Java Software Developer, you will be working with Admin Systems Applications Team and focusing on supporting existing custom solutions to the internal customers.
You will be working to uplift and improve existing apps as well as develop and provide new functionality to the customers.
Java Software Developer Responsibilities
The main job duty is to complete some function enhancements of various applications that the business owners have identified and complete some technology uplift activities.
Java Software Developer Must Have skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Java Software Developer
- Experience with system design, business analysis, testing, and database design
- Experience in designing Web based applications with common JEE design patterns (MVC, MVVM, Façade)
- Maintain JEE Applications (JSP, JavaScript, SOAP in JAX, POJO, some EJB) on WebSphere Application Server 8.5
- New Development on Angular as well as JEE applications (Angular 2+, Spring REST, POJO) on JBOSS EAP 7.2
- Experience with developer tools : MyEclipse, SQL Developer
- Knowledge of back end : Oracle 11g / 12c(PL / SQL) and Postgres
- Demonstrated ability to provide work estimates, test plans, deployment procedures and documentation
- Experience supporting End Users issues directly or elicit new requirements
- Strong oral and written communication skills

- Advance knowledge with Angular and Cordova platforms
- Experience with data modeling and database design
