About the Shop

The shop is seeking a Licensed 310S Automotive Technician in Waterloo, ON who wants steady hours, hourly pay, and no flat-rate pressure.

You’ll have 35–40+ guaranteed hours weekly and a steady workflow of 200+ vehicles per month while working on general repair, diagnostics, brakes, suspension, tires, and alignments.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle concerns
Perform general maintenance and mechanical repairs
Complete brake and suspension repairs
Perform wheel alignments
Handle tire service and seasonal changeovers
Inspect and repair Domestic, Asian, and some European vehicles

Qualifications

Valid 310S Automotive Technician license
Strong general automotive repair skills
Experience with brakes, suspension, tires, and alignments
Diagnostic skills are a strong asset
3+ years of automotive repair experience preferred
Red Seal certification preferred
