We are looking for a fun and experienced leader who loves A&W as much as they love leading a diverse team from their local community!

The Team Lead duties include, but are not limited too :

  • Delighting guests with friendly and caring customer service representative of the A&W brand
  • Working as a team with co-workers to deliver outstanding guest experience and achieve service times
  • Spending a reasonable amount each shift on the floor assisting and working with employees
  • Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked.
  • Following food safety regulations and maintaining sanitation, health, orderly and clean eating and dining areas, as well as other facilities utilized by guests
  • Cleaning food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils, sweeping and mopping floors

Job Requirements :

  • Some Restaurant Supervision experience (at least 6 months)
  • Food handling certificate
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Great social skills and love for interacting with other people
  • Leader and a team player
  • Basic English language skills
