Email Marketing Specialist - Maternity Leave Replacement

TC Media Books is currently looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to replace a maternity leave in our technology development and digital production division.
You will be responsible for implementing and managing email marketing campaign strategies for all product portfolios, including branding, to increase brand awareness, lead generation and customer retention.

Prepare, integrate, program and automate compelling and engaging email marketing campaigns, and collaborate with creative teams and content specialists to ensure the creation of effective, brand-compliant visuals.
Manage broadcast calendars and plan email blasts to maintain optimal customer communication cadence.
Monitor results of email marketing campaigns, analyze performance, provide regular reports on key performance indicators and recommendations for improving campaign performance.

Three (3) years' experience managing email campaigns
Proficiency in Mailchimp, Active Campaign and other email marketing platforms
Good knowledge of graphic design software such as Photoshop, InDesign and Canva, HTML knowledge an asset
Knowledge of A / B testing and experimentation to optimize campaigns
Experience with Google Analytics and other analysis tools to track and measure campaign performance
Excellent project management skills and ability to manage several campaigns at different stages of progress simultaneously
Fluency in spoken and written French
