To support our incredible growth, VIBRANT is currently seeking a self-motivated individual to join our team as a Transport Coordinator for a 6 Month Contract .
This role is essential for supporting our transportation operations. The ideal candidate will facilitate the continuous flow of products, ensure timely deliveries, and maintain effective communication between various departments, including third-party logistics, warehouses, customer service, transportation, and supply chain planning teams.
This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a constantly evolving environment.

Responsibilities :
- Manage the transportation department’s email inbox; review, resolve, or dispatch within a maximum of 24 hours.
- Communicate with warehouse, transportation, and customer service departments regarding any issues affecting clients.
- Key player in financial period closing procedures.
- Review performance of 3PL logistics partners to ensure service and quality requirements are met : Tracking and traceability, Proof of delivery, Bid acceptance, Timely delivery on demand, Etc.
- Maintain files, records, and reports related to TMS, SAP, and SharePoint.
- Maintain master data : Coordinate shipments, packages, returns, and pickups at warehouses.
- Manage customer Pick-Up shipping portals.
- Manage transportation-related documents such as proof of delivery, delivery notes, and commercial invoices.
- Prepare and process all customs documents for international and U.S. shipments.
- Manage logistical issues such as delays, expedited shipments, shifted loads, damaged goods, etc.
- Review loading plans.
- Support continuous improvement processes to optimize transportation procedures.

Professional Qualifications :
- Degree in Transportation, Supply Chain, Operations, or equivalent experience
- 12-24 months of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus
- Knowledge of the transportation industry is a plus
- Experience in retail or supply chain industry is a plus
