Job description

Reporting to the Data Validation Supervisor, the agent ensures the accuracy of information to be entered into the various systems. He / she is meticulous and attentive in transmitting data in compliance with Groupe Robert rules and procedures.

SCHEDULE : Monday to Friday, 2 : 30-11 : 00 p.m.

100% face-to-face employment in Boucherville

Training will last approximately 2 months and will take place during the day.

Your responsibilities will be as follows :

Responsabilities

Enter data into the system, validating the accuracy of the information (destination, contents, quantity, etc.) with the bills of lading (50 bills per hour).

Scan and file documents

Respond to all e-mail and telephone inquiries

Other related tasks

Bilingualism required (spoken and written)
