Follow up on inquiries, service requests, and client needs with professionalism and urgency

Maintain accurate data entry and manage account records in internal systems (CRM, ERP, etc.)

Coordinate with internal departments (sales, operations, finance) to ensure smooth client experiences

Support process improvements and contribute to maintaining service excellence standards

Represent the company with professionalism in all communications — internally and externally

Fluent in both French and English — spoken and written

Comfortable with corporate communication styles, email etiquette, and handling client inquiries with professionalism

Skilled in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and internal databases

Highly organized, deadline-oriented, and confident working with KPIs

Located in Montreal or Greater Montreal and available to work on-site or hybrid as needed

Summary

We partner with professional, corporate organizations seeking experienced, bilingual candidates who are committed to delivering exceptional client care.
