Responsibilities
Provide high-level support to clients via phone, email, and internal systems
Follow up on inquiries, service requests, and client needs with professionalism and urgency
Maintain accurate data entry and manage account records in internal systems (CRM, ERP, etc.)
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, operations, finance) to ensure smooth client experiences
Support process improvements and contribute to maintaining service excellence standards
Represent the company with professionalism in all communications — internally and externally
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in a professional, client-facing role (customer service, account support, operations, or similar)
Fluent in both French and English — spoken and written
Comfortable with corporate communication styles, email etiquette, and handling client inquiries with professionalism
Skilled in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and internal databases
Highly organized, deadline-oriented, and confident working with KPIs
Located in Montreal or Greater Montreal and available to work on-site or hybrid as needed
