Your day-to-day :

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketing, to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our software applications.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback and translate findings into actionable design improvements.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups to effectively communicate design concepts and solutions.
• Create and maintain design documentation, including user flows, personas, and design guidelines.
• Ensure consistency and adherence to design standards across all products and platforms.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices and incorporate them into the design process.
• Advocate for the end-user and contribute to a user-centred design culture within the organization.

Recipe for Success :

At the very least, you’ll need :

• To be eligible to work in Canada and work on site.
• 2+ years of experience as a UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work with software applications.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like InVision or Axure.
• Strong understanding of user-centred design principles, information architecture and interaction design.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in both B2B and B2C environments is an asset.

You are ahead of the curve, if you have :

• Experience working with project management tools such as Jira
• A portfolio of UX design work for mobile applications
• An understanding of the real estate industry and its various stakeholders
