Job description

We are seeking a UX Designer Specialist to join our dynamic and innovative team. You will work within a restructuring team dedicated to mobile application design. You will contribute to several projects aimed at adding value-added features for our customers. This 8-month position offers the possibility of renewal and conversion to a permanent role.

Responsibilities

Use a human-centered approach to improve our services and experiences.

Lead the design process from discovery to delivery for several mobile application projects.

Collaborate with users and stakeholders to understand problems and co-create solutions.

Inform our strategy and innovation efforts by analyzing customer and business needs.

Synthesize research data to formulate recommendations and creative solutions.

Communicate design decisions clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.

Produce CX / UX artifacts such as customer journeys, user flows, and wireframes.

Collaborate with the user research team to plan and facilitate co-creation workshops.

Develop prototypes to test and validate solutions.

Advocate for user-centric and data-driven design.

Qualifications

At least 8 years of experience in creating digital solutions.

Portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and experience in mobile app design.

Ability to solve complex problems and connect business and user needs.

Expertise in usability, user-centered design, and design thinking practices.

Proficiency in design tools (Figma, etc.).

Bilingualism (French and English) to interact with colleagues across the country.

Ability to present ideas to senior management.
