About the role

Our growing team is looking for a Senior UX Designer!

As a Senior UX Designer, you play a key role in conceiving new digital experiences.

Workplace : Montreal, Robert-Bourassa.

What you’ll do :

Crafting human-centered experiences that help achieve business objectives.

Understand business needs and establish measurable objectives at each stage of the innovation project in order to inform the design of functional prototypes.

Leverage consumer insights and market trends to design clear and functional digital experiences.

Actively contribute to strategic planning and roadmap definition alongside a multidisciplinary agile team, for instance by thinking out and prioritizing key features and design requirements.

Build and present exploratory concepts, user flows and information architecture to propel new digital experiences.

Conduct various user research activities, such as perception and usability tests.

Collaborate and co-create with project stakeholders throughout product design, development, and implementation.

Guide the work of interface design, illustration and writing experts to produce quality design artifacts that meet requirements.

Communicate design decisions persuasively to diverse audiences.

Contribute to strengthening the team’s design practices and methodologies.

Being an advocate for user-centered, data-driven design.

What you need :

At least 5 years of experience in UX Design.

Expertise in usability and user-centered design practices.

Capacity to understand business needs and to translate them into design requirements.

Mastery of design tools (Figma, MIRO, etc.).

Experience with UX research tools an asset (usertesting.com, Optimal Workshop, etc.).

Experience in production process flows, content inventories, etc.

Creative, analytic, curious, and resourceful. You are a fast learner.

Adaptable and comfortable in the face of uncertainty. In innovation, changes during a project are frequent.

Autonomous, proactive, organized.

Motivated by challenges and an accelerated pace of work.

A team player who can share and receive constructive feedback.

Passionate about quality and user experience design.

Bilingualism (French and English) – Need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.

No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
