Title : Senior UX / UI Designer

Salary Range : 110-125 000$

Location : Montreal (Hybrid – 3 days per week in office)

Type of Role : Full-Time

Auxo Recruitment is seeking a Senior UX / UI Designer to play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of an innovative SaaS platform in the financial services industry. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing company in the early stages of its journey and leave a lasting impact.

Responsibilities

Mentor and develop the skills of a junior UX / UI designer.
Conduct in-depth user research to refine and enhance the existing MVP.
Continuously optimize the platform’s design for a user-centric, seamless, and intuitive experience.
Create innovative interactions powered by AI technology.
Research and benchmark against best-in-class UX / UI practices for B2B SaaS products.
Develop high-quality mock-ups and prototypes to guide the development team.

Requirements

Extensive experience in UX / UI design with a strong portfolio of B2B SaaS products. Proven expertise in UX research, ideally within financial services.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Miro, and Posthog.

Strong user empathy with the ability to understand and translate client needs into exceptional design solutions.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, iterate quickly, and adapt to change.

Based in Montreal and available to work on-site three days a week.
